If you have not logged into ERO since November 2018, all user PINs have been reset. To regain access, users MUST use the “Forgot your PIN?” function on the login page to have your PIN sent through the email PIN recovery process for the user’s email address on record. Instructions on resetting the PIN will be available via the support community, and the support team.
